UPI or card — which should I use?
Both work. UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) is instant, free, and the default for most Indians — one tap, no card number, receipt on the app. Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) are handy for company expense accounts and international travellers.
How is the ₹5 a minute split?
₹4 goes to your Pop, ₹1 covers the platform — verification, live streaming, GPS, dispute support, and payment rails. Tips are 100% to the Pop. GST is included in the ₹5 — nothing added at checkout.
When am I charged?
We place a small authorisation on UPI or card when your Pop accepts. The clock only runs while they're on-site. At session close we capture the exact minutes — a 14-minute walk-through is ₹70, a 22-minute inspection is ₹110. No minimums, no cancellation fee if the Pop hasn't arrived.
Do you handle refunds?
Yes. If a session drops, the stream fails, or the Pop can't verify what you asked for, tap Report on the receipt and we refund the affected minutes to the original UPI ID or card, usually within 24 hours.
